CarNext.com purpose:
With the launch of CarNext.com, the aim is to disrupt the European market for high-quality used cars. This new B2B and B2C digital marketplace, will enable our customers to buy, lease, and subscribe to high-quality used cars in Europe.
The 3-4-year-old used car market is a large, growing €65bn market which is highly fragmented and ill-served, with low levels of transparency and consumer trust, making it ripe for disruption. Job purpose:
The Partner Services Manager is responsible for the acquisition of third parties, for which CarNext.com can (partially) take over the remarketing process and sell their fleet via our X2B and X2C platform and/or X2C stores. The Partner Services Manager should
- Implement the partner services sales strategy;
- Negotiate partner services contracts;
- Provide support to the local team to launch and scale-up partner services
Key KPI’s:
Number of third party cars on CarNext.com X2C and X2B platforms
- Number of car volume;
- Partner services income
Reports to:
CarNext.com director
Responsibilities:
- Launch commercial propositions for partner services;
- Design marketing material for local use;
- Negotiate contracts for partner services;
- Launch the partner services interface to upload car data and support any communication with partners;
- Continuously improve the commercial value proposition based on lessons learned from opportunities/issues
Required level of education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Technical capabilities:
- Demonstrate a good knowledge in professional sales, marketing and negotiation techniques
- Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the automotive industry including ready knowledge about online car remarketing platforms and processes;
- Make advanced use of other necessary tools and systems (e.g., MS Office)
Language requirements:
- Fluent in czech language (fluent verbally and written);
- Fluent in English (fluent, verbally and written)
Required work experience:
- >3 year-experience in a position within car sales retail and/or remarketing
- International working experience with ability to adapt to different cultures
- Demonstrated history in delivery of complicated projects.
